Delivery & Returns By Royal Mail

PLEASE NOTE, ITEMS ARE ALL CHECKED THROUGHLY FOR FAULTS ANDDAMAGE PRIOR TO POSTING AND SHOULD REACH YOU IN PERFECT CONDITION.

UK Postage terms

All parcels are tracked and a signature will be reqired at the delivery destination

Postage cost to all UK destinations is free when your order is over £100.00. Anything under we will charget at the Royal Mail flat rate postage Next Day signed for delivery charge

Dispatch

All UK and International orders will be will be dispatched the next working day after payment confirmation from Monday to Friday. All orders recieved over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. If the Monday falls on a UK bank holiday, all orders will be dispatched next day on the Tuesday.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given the correct name and delivery address and that someone will be available to sign as proof of delivery. Goods will not be delivered unless a signature is obtained from the customer.

If the goods are returned to us due to incorrect name and address or no one was available to sign for the goods, you may be liable to pay another delivery charge to cover the failed delivery through no fault of ours.

International Shipping by Royal Mail

International shipping cost is at a standard flat rate of £26.50 per order. Tracked and signed for. Orders may take upto 8 weeks for delivery subject to country and the local custom regulations.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given the correct name and delivery address and that someone will be available to sign as proof of delivery. Goods will not be delivered unless a signature is obtained from the customer.

About Your Orders

Unfortunately, due to the health and hygiene regulations we are unable to accept the return of earrings

Purchases are invoiced in the name and address of the card holder. You have an option to post the item to another address at checkout. Please note you need to ensure the appropriate postage is paid if posting outside the UK.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can simply return the item for a refund or exchange 30 days from the purchase date. Please follow the normal returns procedure below.

Missing your delivery can be avoided if you keep tracker updated you using the Royal Mail app or website.

Normal Delivery & Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble 30-day money back guarantee. If your not satisfied with you’re purchase you can just return it back to us. Please follow these normal returns procedures below.

Please send an email to returns@celticjewelsshop.co.uk within the 30 days of receiving the delivery explaining your reason for the return. We will email you instructions on how to return the goods with a pre-paid postal label. Please ensure you give your correct email address.

Once you have completed the returns process, package the items with the original packaging, just pop it in the post office. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the returns label.

Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item. When satisfied that the goods are in good order and unworn, we will refund the card payment was taken from. Please allow 3 – 7 days for refund to appear on your card.

Damaged Items for Return

Should you encounter a rare occurrence of damaged goods in transit on delivery, please follow the returns procedure as follows. Send an email to returns@celticjewelsshop.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the damaged goods. Explain the problem and take photos of the packaging and item damaged.

We will send you by return email, a Damage in Transit Form. Please complete fully, explaining the problem. Complete the tick box questionnaire and return the form via email including any photos. If this is not possible put them inside the parcel. A pre-paid postal label is included so please ensure you package the parcel as best you can and attach label.

All Items must be returned with the original packing if possible and items unworn. We are not responsible for the item until we are in possession of the goods.

Warranty Returns

Please take the time to read our article on, care of your jewellery. It contains good tips on keeping your jewellery in tip top condition and may save you from damage due to the most simple of mistakes. Please remenber chains are quite delicate.

Should you encounter a rare occurrence of failure in manufacture or materials, please follow the warranty returns procedure as follows. Send an email to returns@celticjewelsshop.co.uk within the Warranty period.

We will send you a return email a Warranty Form. Please complete explaining the problem and complete the tick box questionnaire. You can also include photos. You will also a returns pre-paid postal label. please ensure you package parcel as best you can and attach pre-paid label.

When we receive delivery of the item we will then inspect it. When we are satisfied that the goods are defective in materials or workmanship we will repair it as new. If we are unable to repair the item we will replace it.
